What EXACTLY is included in the price?
Bronze, Silver, and Gold:
  • Pricing based on up to 125 guests. Each additional guest after 125 is $30 per person which covers catering, cake, place settings, and linens.
 
3 Day 2 Night Hotel Stay (For Bride and Groom):
  • ​A 3 day 2 night hotel stay with one of our local hotel partners
  • **Can be used during trip to come meet vendors, OR during wedding weekend**

Venue Rental:
  • Venue Rental cost is completely included in the Gold and Silver package.
  • FAQ; Do Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays all cost the same? Answer: Yes! The above pricing is the same on any day.
  • FAQ; Do we get the same full venue rental as if we rented the venue separately? Answer: Yes! The standard venue rental is covered in the Silver and Gold package.
 
Catering:
  • 4 delicious menu options to choose from which come with sides, bread, water, and tea. Served buffet style. Menu Options.

  • FAQ; Will we get to taste the food? Answer: 

  • FAQ; Can we add appetizers? Answer: Definitely, each of our food partners have appetizers that you can add for an additional cost!

 

 

Bar Service:

  • 2 TABC certified bartenders

  • 4 Hours of service time

  • FAQ: Can we add additional bartenders, or extend the time past 4 Hours? Answer: While we don't think it's necessary to do so, you will have that option after discussing your timeline with your coordinator!

 

 

Full Bar Set Up:

  • Ice, coolers, cups, mixers, pouring spouts, napkins, and all of the other necessary tools for the bar!

  • FAQ: Is alcohol included? Answer: No, alcohol is something that you will have to purchase separately. Alcohol generally costs between $5oo and $800 for 125 people, depending on the brands and quantities that you select.

 

 

Day of Coordinator:

  • 5 Hours of continuous Dj service for ceremony and reception music. Includes premium sound system, microphones, and MC.

  • FAQ: Will we get to customize our playlist? Answer: Of course! You'll get to customize what you want played at the reception, as well as all of the special moments.

 

 

Floral Decor:

  • 10 Centerpieces

  • 1 Brides Bouquet

  • 1 Grooms Boutonniere

  • FAQ: Will we get to customize the way our floral looks? Absolutely! You'll have a one on one consultation with our floral partner to discussion your floral vision. (Be sure to bring your pinterest board!)

 

  • FAQ: Can we add additional Floral? Answer: Definitely! If you'd like to add more floral décor, you can do so with our floral partner at your consultation.

 

 

Cake:

  • A beautiful and customizable brides cake, with a customized grooms cake.

Other Dessert Options:

  • Wedding cake not your thing? We also offer quite a few other dessert options to serve instead including; cookies, cupcakes, pies, tarts, cake balls, cheesecake, and so much more!

 

 

 

Service Staff:

  • 4 Service staff members to assist buffet service, table bussing, and post event clean up.

 

 

Set Up and Clean Up:

  • Our service staff crew will arrive to set up everything that is included in the package (buffet station, floral décor, linens, cake, bar), and stay for an hour after the reception is over to clean up, sweep, mop, and leave the venue in proper order. The only thing we don't take care of are your personal items (anything you bring in that we don't include in our package).

  • **The Only thing not included with the set up, is anything that you bring in externally (personal decor, etc.)**

 

 

Ceremonial Coverage:

  • Lapel microphones, pre ceremonial music, ceremonial music, and post ceremonial music.

 

 

Grand Send Off:

  • Sparklers or bubbles to be the perfect ending to your big day!

Refundable Deposit​:

  • For up to 30 days, your deposit with us is completely refundable. During that time period you'll be able to meet and consult with your vendors, and make sure that you're on the same page with everything. If for any reason you decide not to proceed, you'll be able to receive your deposit back, and go in a different direction!

Billing?:
Our billing process couldn't be simpler. 30 days before the wedding takes place we'll send you one final invoice, and allocate the appropriate amounts to each vendor on your behalf!

What is  NOT included?
As much as we'd love for our package to be fully comprehensive, there are a few things that you should source on your own;
 
The Officiant - The person who will conduct your ceremony, and officially pronounce you married.
(Generally costs between $100-$300).
 
The Alcohol - The alcoholic beverages that you want served at your wedding. If you'd like we can help connect you with a local and licensed  distributor. (Alcohol for 125 guests generally ranges between $500-$800)
 
*We provide the bartenders ,cups,  ice, mixers, bar set up, and bar tools, just not the actual alcohol to be served*
Hair and Makeup - Someone who will put the final touches on the couple and bridal party before the ceremony!
(Generally ranges between $100-$200)
